Heather Nunley is the founder of Culture Fuel Institute, a leadership and culture institute for growth-stage, design-driven firms.
With more than two decades of experience in human resources, executive coaching, leadership development, culture strategy, and people-performance systems, Heather helps principals and leadership teams simplify the human side of growth.
Her work is grounded in a clear belief: excellent firms do not scale on talent alone. They scale when leadership, culture, expectations, and performance systems are clear enough for people to carry consistently.
Heather’s background includes senior people leadership experience inside highly recognized, high-service brand environments where customer experience, employee experience, leadership behavior, and performance standards had to work together every day. That experience shaped her ability to translate complex people challenges into practical leadership systems leaders can actually use.
Through CFI, Heather brings enterprise-level leadership and culture expertise to design-driven firms that are ready to grow with more clarity, alignment, accountability, and cultural integrity.
